Job summary

Emergys is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to deliver top-notch software solutions. The role focuses on developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements, write clean, efficient code, perform reviews, debug issues, create tests, and document functionality. A strong CMDB background and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Graduation or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in CMDB.
• Proficient in ServiceNow development (scripting, workflows, integrations).
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaborative communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
