CACI International Inc is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the Luke Program, designing and maintaining the ITSM platform, workflows, and integrated modules. You will collaborate with Mission Partners to re-engineer processes and deliver actionable insights through reports and dashboards.

The role requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, a IT-related degree with significant experience in ServiceNow, and CSA certification. Strong collaboration in an Agile environment is essential.

Formación

• U.S. citizen with TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field with ≥6 years of related experience; or a Master’s with ≥4 years; an Associates with ≥8 years.
• Extensive backend JavaScript development experience in ServiceNow, including Glide.
• ServiceNow developer certification, preferably CSA.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow and ITIL/workflow management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in Scrum/Agile development environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, SPM/PPM, CMDB, ITOM/ITAM, CSM, HR Service Delivery, Change Management, etc.).
• Implement ITIL-based workflows for incidents, problems, changes, and service requests.
• Design data structures, relationships, and data modeling; build reports and dashboards for insights.
• Develop, test, code review, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Customize UI, workflows, and API; manage configurations across environments.
• Collaborate with other ServiceNow admins and Mission Partners.
• Coordinate with departments to achieve enterprise integration and successful rollouts.
• Create process documentation, testing plans, and work plans; participate in requirements reviews.
