Job summary

Join CACI International Inc as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow ITSM solutions across modules, catalogs, workflows, and dashboards. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, contribute to upgrades, and build intuitive user experiences while ensuring IT service delivery aligns with security requirements.

The role requires hands‑on ITSM configuration, knowledge of SLA management, and a CSA‑level understanding with an active Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on configuration of ITSM modules on ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals and ITSM apps.
• Experience with scripting in ServiceNow and business rules.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop workflows, catalog items, and fulfillment processes.
• Provide production support, upgrades, and testing participation.
• Create reports, dashboards, and ITSM metrics.
