Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, implement, and optimize ITSM solutions across the ServiceNow platform. You will configure modules, build catalogs, automate workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years of ServiceNow experience, ITIL awareness, and active clearance. This position can be performed remotely with occasional local travel in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• Hands-on configuration of ITSM modules.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• ITSM Application Development & Configuration: configure core ITSM modules and customize workflows.
• Service Catalog Management: design catalog items and fulfillment workflows.
• Process Automation: automate workflows via Flow Designer and business rules.
• Knowledge Management: maintain structures, templates, and approval processes.
• Reporting & Analytics: build dashboards and performance metrics.
• Support & Maintenance: troubleshoot, upgrades, and documentation.
• Collaboration: partner with owners to implement ITIL and gather requirements.
