Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize ITSM on ServiceNow.
• Configure incident, problem, change, request, and knowledge modules.
• Develop workflows, UI policies, and notifications.
• Implement Service Catalog items and order guides.
• Integrate ITSM with internal and external systems.
• Create reports and dashboards for ITSM metrics.
• Provide production support and participate in upgrades.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and CAB meetings.
