Job summary

SunPlus Data Group seeks a Certified ServiceNow Consultant/Developer in Houston, TX. The contractor will design, develop, test, configure, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITAM, and SPM, with 5+ years of experience.

The role requires collaboration with an implementation vendor, mentorship of engineers, and periodic office visits in Houston (3–4 times a month). The project is 12 months with possible extension.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing/developing/administering a large ServiceNow environment (ITSM, ITIL, CMDB, ITAM, SPM).
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree with ITIL implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, configure, implement, and support the ServiceNow platform for ITSM, ITAM, and SPM stakeholders.
• Research third-party/cloud solutions for successful integrations and knowledge transfer to the team.
• Mentor and train Software Engineers to grow internal talent.
• Create and maintain forms, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Monitor platform health and perform regular maintenance tasks.
