Job summary

Ariel Partners is seeking a qualified ServiceNow professional to administer and customize the ServiceNow platform within a large government environment. The role focuses on ITSM, incident and problem management, and service catalog enhancements.

The candidate will collaborate across departments to deliver robust IT services, ensure data integrity, and support system upgrades while aligning to ITIL best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in the listed skill sets.
• Developing tools such as ServiceNow.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in Business/Information Management or related field.
• Core JavaScript development.
• Database technologies such as SQL and MySQL.
• Configuration management across systems.
• Configuring and customizing ServiceNow (UI Actions, UI Policies, Scripts etc.).
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and large gov’t environments.
• Knowledge of Discovery and Application Dependency Mapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and customize ServiceNow platforms, including CMS, workflows, ACLs and dictionaries.
• Develop and maintain Incident, Problem, Service Request, Knowledge, and Self-Service Portals.
• Provide technical support for ServiceNow deployments and integration projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to support MS Teams requests and related ITSM needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical designs and guides.
