Rollins, Inc. is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join the ServiceNow Product team. You will design, develop, and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITAM, and SPM.

The role emphasizes automation, best practices, and enterprise governance in a large-scale environment. Reporting to the Senior ServiceNow Product Manager, the candidate should excel in JavaScript development, integrations, and delivering scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Experience with ITAM hardware/software assets (HAM/SAM) and SPM.
• Advanced proficiency with JavaScript and ServiceNow development frameworks.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Experience supporting a large, complex enterprise environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Commitment to ServiceNow best practices and governance.
• Experience with Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform based on requirements.
• Implement, enhance, and support ITSM processes.
• Develop custom solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow capabilities.
• Design and support integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Identify and champion automation opportunities and workflow optimization.
• Design scalable, secure, enterprise-ready solutions.
• Support ITAM, CMDB, and SPM capabilities as needed.
• Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices.
