G2IT, LLC. seeks an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, administer, configure, and continuously improve enterprise ITSM solutions.

The role collaborates with government stakeholders to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include configuring and developing ITSM workflows, supporting Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog processes, building impactful dashboards, and assisting with upgrades and integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, or related field.
CSA certification is required.
5+ years in ITSM support and ServiceNow administration/development.
Experience with ITIL processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

Configure, administer, and develop ServiceNow ITSM applications and workflows.
Support ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog management.
Maintain and enhance ServiceNow functionality to meet requirements.
Develop dashboards and reports to improve service delivery and performance.
Assist with platform upgrades, testing, integrations, and enhancements.
Troubleshoot escalated issues and ensure platform stability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and ITIL-based solutions.
