Job summary

Leidos is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the GSM-O II contract for DISA. The role involves configuring and developing ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITIL processes, and delivering automated workflows via Service Catalogs.

You will work with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and Python, building dashboards and integrations while upgrading platforms and ensuring data integrity in the CMDB. The position requires US citizenship, a DoD Secret clearance, and Security+ certification, with onsite

Qualifications

Requires a US Citizenship.
Active security certification meeting DoD 8570 IAT II or higher (Security+).
Active DoD Secret clearance.
Onsite/offsite hybrid support to Scott AFB, IL, Ft. Meade, MD, SATX DISA facility, or Ogden, UT.

Responsibilities

Support standup, configuration and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
Assist with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON files, and Python scripts.
Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles.
Create, maintain and enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports.
Integrate data from multiple sources into a unified CMDB while ensuring data quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment.
