Job summary

Leidos is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer to support the GSM-O II contract at DISA. The role requires on-site work at Fort Meade, Scott AFB, or Hill AFB with a Secret clearance and Security+ certification within 14 days of start.

You will configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITIL processes and automated workflows. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver digital transformation, integrate data across systems, and guide junior developers in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience with design, development, and support of technology infrastructure.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and security certification (IAT II or higher).
• Ability to commute to on-site locations in the US for full-time support.

Responsibilities

• Support standup, configuration and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow platforms to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
• Coordinate upgrades and integrate data from multiple sources into CMDB.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure coding standards are followed.
