Leidos is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to support GSM-O II for DISA. You will configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow and Kibana dashboards, workflows, and integrations on-site at Fort Meade / Scott AFB / Hill AFB.

The role emphasizes ITIL processes with a focus on automated workflows and business process re-engineering. You must hold a DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and Security+ certification within 14 days.

Formación

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Security+ certification or higher required within 14 days of start.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience with dashboards, or 6–10 years with master's.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Kibana development.
• Ability to commute to Scott AFB, Ft. Meade or Ogden on-site.
• Bachelor's degree (4-year) or Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience with upgrades and ITIL processes.

Responsabilidades

• Stand up, configure and implement ServiceNow dashboards and Kibana dashboards.
• Create and maintain forms, reports, views, workflows, groups and roles.
• Develop dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports.
• Configure tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka).
• Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades.
• Design business processes tied to dashboard capabilities.
• Collaborate with the team to propose solutions based on business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems and automate tasks.
