Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to support the GSM-O II contract for the DISA. You will configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow and Kibana dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver ITIL-driven digital transformation.

The role requires 8–12 years of relevant experience, active DoD Secret clearance, and willingness to on-site at Fort Meade, MD or other locations as needed. You will mentor junior developers and coordinate upgrades and integrations in an Agile Scrum

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Active security cert that meets DoD 8570 IAT level II or higher (Security+)
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Ability to commute to Scott AFB, IL, Ft. Meade, MD, or Ogden, UT for on-site support
• Bachelor’s Degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6–10 years of relevant experience
• At least 6 years of dashboarding design/development experience
• At least 4 years of ServiceNow or Kibana development
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades
• Strong customer service and ability to work independently and multi-task

Responsibilities

• Support standup, configuration and implementation of ServiceNow dashboards and Kibana dashboards.
• Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles.
• Create, maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports.
• Create and configure tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka).
• Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades.
• Assist with design and business process flows for dashboards.
• Collaborate with the development team to propose solutions based on business needs.
• Design and configure ServiceNow and Kibana dashboards and reports.
• Support business process re-engineering to translate user stories into releasable capabilities.
• Identify patterns in data to enhance customer experience and network performance.
