Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to support GSM-O II for DISA, on-site at Fort Meade or Scott AFB, with a Secret clearance.

You will configure and maintain ServiceNow and Kibana dashboards, reports, and workflows, coordinating upgrades and integrations as part of digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and ensure services meet ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• Requires US citizenship.
• Active security certification meeting DoD 8570 IAT level II or higher (Security+).
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Willing to commute to Scott AFB, IL; Fort Meade, MD; or Ogden, UT for full-time on-site.
• Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience or master's with 6–10 years.
• At least 6 years designing, developing, and supporting dashboarding capabilities.
• At least 4 years of ServiceNow or Kibana development.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Stand up, configure and implement ServiceNow dashboards and Kibana dashboards.
• Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles.
• Develop dashboards and reports including scheduled reports.
• Configure integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka).
• Coordinate and support platform upgrades.
• Assist design of business processes tied to dashboards.
