Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to support GSM-O II at DISA on-site at Fort Meade, Scott AFB, or Hill AFB. The role focuses on configuring and developing ServiceNow and Kibana dashboards, with strong emphasis on ITIL processes, automation, and integration with external systems.

The ideal candidate holds a DoD Secret clearance and Security+ certification, has 4+ years of ServiceNow/Kibana experience, and can coordinate upgrades and stakeholder needs in a fast-paced agile environment.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Active security certification meeting DOD 8570 IAT level II (Security+) required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Must be able to commute to Scott AFB, IL, Ft. Meade, MD, or Ogden, UT for full-time on-site support.
• Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience or Master's with 6–10 years of related experience.
• At least 6 years of design, development, and support of dashboarding capabilities.
• At least 4 years of ServiceNow or Kibana development.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Support the standup, configuration and implementation of ServiceNow dashboards and Kibana dashboards.
• Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles.
• Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades.
• Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow and Kibana platforms to fit business requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
