Job summary

Govan Systems inc seeks a ServiceNow developer to design, implement, test, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will build secure integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub, and develop scripted REST APIs, business rules, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying ServiceNow applications.
• Develop and troubleshoot REST/SOAP integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB.
• Create UI experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, and mobile.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Adhere to security controls, automated testing, code reviews, and release practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
• Build secure integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, Integration Hub, MID Server, and related technologies.
• Develop scripted REST APIs, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Configure and extend ITSM capabilities, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Create intuitive experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, workspaces, forms, catalogs, and mobile.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, data, and performance issues.
• Apply development standards, security controls, automated testing, code review, source control, and release-management practices.
• Develop reusable components and documentation, support upgrades and releases, and evaluate AI and automation opportunities ServiceNow development and configuration.
