Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, math, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• Six to nine years of ServiceNow experience.
• Preferred certifications include ServiceNow CSA and CAD.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Design and configure ITSM, ITAM, and other modules per needs.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP with other systems.
• Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes.
• Provide post-implementation support and maintenance.
• Create comprehensive documentation and ensure ITIL best practices.
• Assist with upgrades, patches, and new releases.
• Provide training and support to end users.
