Qualifications

• Experience designing, building and enhancing ServiceNow applications on the platform.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB).
• Ability to create secure integrations and automation using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
• Build secure, reliable integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, IntegrationHub, MID Server.
• Develop scripted REST APIs, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Configure and extend ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB.
• Create intuitive experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, workspaces, forms, catalogs, and mobile.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, data, and performance issues.
• Apply development standards, security controls, automated testing, code review, and release management.
