Job summary

Yakshna Solutions, Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will develop, test, and deploy integrations, APIs, and automation to streamline workflows across modules such as Incident, Change, and CMDB.

Qualifications

4+ years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
2+ years designing and troubleshooting APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations.
2+ years ITSM experience including CMDB, Service Catalog, and workflows.
Experience with AI capabilities in ServiceNow (Now Assist, etc.) is a plus.
CSA/CIS-ITSM/ITIL certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
Build secure integrations using REST, SOAP, and related technologies.
Develop scripted REST APIs, business rules, Script Includes, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
Configure ITSM components including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
Create intuitive experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, and workspaces.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot complex platform, data, and performance issues.
Develop reusable components and documentation; support upgrades and releases.
