Job summary

Uline seeks a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop and maintain ServiceNow apps, modules and workflows to support business objectives. The role requires configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform using scripting, integrations and low-code tools.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, develop and support integrations with other enterprise systems, test and resolve issues, and document development standards for ongoing platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
• 3+ years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow applications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow development tools, integrations, and platform customization.
• Experience with ITSM, ITIL processes and ServiceNow workflow automation preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
