Job summary

Uline is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance our ServiceNow platform, delivering scalable applications and workflows across our North American operations. The role emphasizes scripting, integrations, and low-code development to meet business needs, with CAD certification preferred and a focus on ITSM workflows.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, create technical documentation, and contribute to ongoing platform support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• ServiceNow CAD certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow applications.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow development tools, integrations, and platform customization.
• Experience with ITSM, ITIL processes and ServiceNow workflow automation preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to support business objectives.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using scripting, integrations, and low-code development tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to improve data flow and automation.
• Test, troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring application performance and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and best practices for ongoing platform support.
