Job summary

Uline, a family-owned North American shipping materials distributor, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, build and optimize our ServiceNow platform. You will develop modules, workflows and integrations that improve business processes and data flows across the organization.

You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, maintain technical documentation, and uphold coding standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ServiceNow CAD certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow applications.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow tooling.
• Experience with ITSM, ITIL processes and workflow automation preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using scripting, integrations, and low-code development tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to improve data flow and automation.
• Test, troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring application performance and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and best practices for ongoing platform support.
