Job summary

Worky is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain ITSM and custom applications. Join our Software Integration and Administration team and collaborate across IT and business units to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

You will design and configure ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and integrations, ensuring upgrade-readiness and balancing declarative with programmatic approaches. Strong communication and on-call readiness are essential.

Qualifications

Three or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Experience with Workflow Studio and IntegrationHub.
Strong scripting and automation abilities.
Understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
Ability to work onsite at Little Rock, AR and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions (workflows, scripting, integrations, UI, and extensions).
Ensure platform stability, performance, and upgrade-readiness using best practices.
Deliver production-ready solutions and balance declarative with programmatic development.
Architect and automate business processes while identifying needs through team coordination.
Build relationships with vendors and clients to meet quality standards.
Write and maintain high-quality code that remains stable through upgrades.
Identify solutions to IT issues and translate business goals into technical requirements.
Participate in an on-call rotation.
