Job summary

Uline is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI to manage, optimize, and support the ServiceNow platform across North America.

The successful candidate will administer modules and workflows, provide incident resolution, build dashboards, and collaborate with IT to ensure service reliability and continuous improvement. On-site, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred.
• 2+ years of EUC app administration preferred.
• Strong ITIL, JavaScript and ServiceNow customization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage Uline’s ServiceNow platform, modules and workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents for timely resolution.
• Monitor performance, upgrades and user access for reliability.
• Build dashboards and reports to identify trends and improve services.
