Job summary

Conviso Inc. is seeking a senior ServiceNow developer in the United States to lead design and development of complex ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HAM, SPM, and CSM solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable platform designs aligned with CSDM and standard governance.

Responsibilities include building advanced platform components, driving integrations, participating in release readiness, and mentoring mid- and junior developers within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years IT experience.
• 5+ years ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Strong CMDB/CSDM data model knowledge.
• Experience with Agile delivery environments.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations.

Clearance Requirement: Must be a US Citizen to obtain security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HAM, SPM, and CSM
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions aligned to CSDM and platform standards
• Develop advanced platform components (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub)
• Design and implement integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, external systems)
• Enforce development standards, code quality, and platform governance guardrails
• Conduct code reviews and approve technical designs
• Support release management, deployment readiness, and DevSecOps processes
• Collaborate with architects, functional leads, and governance boards (e.g., PGB)
• Mentor and guide mid/junior developers
• Support backlog refinement, technical estimation, and sprint execution

Required Skills & Experience

• 7-10+ years overall IT experience
• 5+ years ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and automation frameworks
• Strong experience with at least 3 modules (ITSM + CMDB/ITOM/HAM/SPM/CSM)
• Experience designing and implementing integrations
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Strong understanding of data models, especially CMDB/CSDM
• Experience with code versioning, testing, and deployment practices

Desired Skills & Domain Experience

• ServiceNow CAD and CSA certifications
• Experience with ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping
• Experience in multi-instance ServiceNow environments
• Familiarity with governance frameworks (CAB, PGB, release governance)
• Experience in federal or regulated environments
• Exposure to platform strategy, architecture, and scaling considerations
