Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. seeks a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead complex implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. This role requires deep technical expertise, architectural vision, and the ability to mentor junior staff while engaging stakeholders and supporting pre-sales activities.

Active Secret Clearance is required, and the candidate will design, configure, integrate, and optimize ServiceNow solutions, staying current with platform releases and ensuring security compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration.
• 2+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Required Qualifications

Certifications

• Senior‑level certification requirements: Certified Application Specialist (CAS), at least 3 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in any specialization, and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Intermediate‑level certification requirements: Certified System Administrator (CSA), at least 2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in any specialization, and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
