Job summary

Proximate Technologies Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow professional to design and develop workflows, manage user access, and lead maintenance and upgrades of the ServiceNow platform.

The role requires strong ownership of complex business requirements and the ability to resolve incidents efficiently. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, CIS, or IT and proven experience with ServiceNow administration and workflow design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, CIS or IT.
• Experience designing and developing ServiceNow workflows.
• Strong administration and incident management skills on ServiceNow.

• Designs and develops new ServiceNow workflows and processes.
• Day to day administration of the ServiceNow system including adding Users, Groups and Roles ensuring that these conform to the agreed standards for access to the platform
• Leads ServiceNow maintenance, upgrade planning and administration
• Provides accurate estimates of release level of effort
• Takes ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion
• Manages and resolves incidents against ServiceNow applications
