Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Manager to oversee successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment in the United States. The role requires hands-on service delivery, collaboration with account teams, and leadership of cross-functional delivery teams across engagements.

You will manage project plans, risks, and client communications, while driving improvements to methodologies and service offerings based on client experiences. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience working with or implementing ServiceNow.
• Completed Certification - ServiceNow CSA.
• Minimum of 1 ServiceNow CIS certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with MS Project.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management/Delivery or certification in project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project (scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction).
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables (project plan, issues/risk register, weekly status reports).
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and coordinate with ServiceNow account teams.
• Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings.
