Job summary

Ondaro is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect/Consultant to lead architectural design, development, and integrations across client engagements. You will partner with clients to define strategic solutions, mentor teams, and drive platform success on the ServiceNow platform.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing specialization in ServiceNow products, including SSO, SAML, LDAP, REST, and SOAP, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions

Qualifications

Experience implementing and integrating ServiceNow in client environments.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
Ability to mentor teammates and lead technical design discussions.

Responsibilities

Act as a key technical interface between clients and development teams.
Lead architectural design, development, deployment, and integrations for the ServiceNow platform.
Conduct workshops to gather technical and business requirements.
Develop and enforce technical design standards, best practices, and patterns.
Optimize solutions to align with client needs, leveraging deep knowledge of ServiceNow products and capabilities.
Ensure quality deliverables and proactively identify areas for improvement within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Mentor team members and share knowledge of best practices for technical design.
Maintain expertise in ServiceNow technologies such as SSO, SAML, LDAP, REST, SOAP, and web services.
