Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions aligned with client objectives. You will lead architecture decisions, oversee onshore and offshore developers, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-availability deployments.

The role requires strong ITIL knowledge, hands-on scripting in JavaScript/HTML/CSS, and collaboration with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions across ITSM, ITOM, PM, CSM, HRSD, and more.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote management tools.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Four or more years working with offshore teams to deliver solutions.
• Experience in large complex ERP deployment.
• Experience working in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Oversees onshore and offshore developers for implementation of modules like ITSM, ITOM, PM, CSM, HRSD, and more.
• Customizes ServiceNow applications including workflows, forms, and UIs.
• Provides technical leadership and ensures adherence to best practices.
• Gathers requirements from stakeholders and translates them into technical solutions.
• Monitors performance and ensures high availability of ServiceNow applications.
