Job summary
Opensity Solutions seeks a ServiceNow Architect to define the technical vision, architecture, and delivery quality for ServiceNow engagements. You will lead platform design, integrations, governance, and mentorship while partnering with product management to align roadmaps with delivery capabilities.
The role demands deep platform knowledge, strong client communication, and a track record of scalable, upgrade-ready implementations across ITSM/ITOM and related modules.
Qualifications
- 8+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM and other modules.
- Experience with governance, standards, and delivery frameworks.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee architecture design of ServiceNow instances, integrations and data model.
- Create and maintain technical delivery standards and governance.
- Lead architecture reviews and design sessions with stakeholders.
- Support pre-sales with architecture input, estimates and risk assessments.
- Mentor developers and engineers to raise technical capabilities.
- Ensure upgrade readiness and platform health across environments.
