• Resolve defects and provide hyper‑care support during audit and compliance activity.
• Support the documented Goal Framework activation where it touches Compliance.
• Help transfer knowledge so DIA staff can independently operate the Compliance tower by Run.

Location: Chantilly, VA (Government/Contractor SCIF) 100% on-site

Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance/TS SCI Preferred

We are seeking a Compliance Tower Adoption Lead / Configuration Support developer to serve as the day‑to‑day guided‑adoption lead for DIA’s Policy & Compliance tower, walking DIA staff through the Common Controls‑based configuration already in place while providing the configuration support that guided adoption surfaces across all three GRC towers. DIA’s user base is new to both the ServiceNow platform and GRC tooling as a discipline, so this role is weighted toward hands‑on demonstration, testing and configuration support rather than net‑new build.

What We’re Looking For

• Working ServiceNow development/configuration experience, ideally including GRC Policy & Compliance.
• Comfortable running demonstrations, hands‑on testing and pilot use with end users new to a platform.
• Experience with fields, forms, workflow steps, notifications, and role/access configuration changes.
• Ability to provide hyper‑care‑style configuration support during live audit and compliance activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Compliance tower’s day‑to‑day adoption lead: demonstrations, hands‑on testing and piloting with DIA staff.
• Walk DIA through the existing Common Controls Hub‑based configuration.
• Provide configuration support surfaced during adoption across the Risk, Audit and Compliance towers – fields, forms, workflow steps, notifications, role and access adjustments.
• Resolve defects and provide hyper‑care support during audit and compliance activity.

Minimum Experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

Success in this role is measured by how quickly configuration friction stops blocking adoption, and by DIA staff’s ability to run the Compliance tower independently by the end of the engagement.

• Associates Degree 6
• Bachelors Degree 4
• Masters Degree 2
• PhD 0

Required Certifications

• DoD 8570 IAT II (e.g., Security+)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Desired Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC

Salary Range: $105-180k. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position
