Job summary

New River Systems seeks an Audit Tower Adoption Lead / Dashboard Developer to guide adoption for the DIA GRC Audit tower and to build Performance Analytics dashboards. You will run demonstrations, hands-on testing, and pilot use with DIA staff, tuning models into role-based dashboards until staff operate the Audit tower independently.

This on-site role requires active TS/SCI preferred, DoD 8570 IAT II and ServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications, and experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates/Bachelor's/Master's preferred depending on depth of Audit tower experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT II (Security+) certification preferred.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Run demonstrations and hands-on testing of the Audit tower with DIA staff.
• Tune models into Performance Analytics indicators and dashboards.
• Support reporting and analytics work across towers.
• Assist with activation-readiness assessments for the Audit tower.
