New River Systems seeks an Audit Tower Adoption Lead / Dashboard Developer to guide adoption for the DIA GRC Audit tower and to build Performance Analytics dashboards. You will run demonstrations, hands-on testing, and pilot use with DIA staff, tuning models into role-based dashboards until staff operate the Audit tower independently.
This on-site role requires active TS/SCI preferred, DoD 8570 IAT II and ServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications, and experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
Location: Chantilly, VA (Government/Contractor SCIF) 100% on-site
Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance/TS SCI Preferred
We are seeking an Audit Tower Adoption Lead / Dashboard Developer to serve as the day-to-day guided-adoption lead for DIA’s GRC Audit tower while building the Performance Analytics dashboards and indicators DIA stakeholders open. You will run demonstrations, hands-on testing and pilot use with DIA’s audit staff, and tune analytical models into role-based dashboards, until DIA staff are operating the Audit tower independently.
Note: this is the Policy & Compliance-side Audit tower under Effort F2 guided adoption - it is distinct from, and does not include, the OIG Oversight Platform scoped application delivered under Effort F3.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Success in this role is measured by DIA audit staff independently piloting the Audit tower by the end of Walk, backed by dashboards leadership actually opens rather than a configured‑but‑unused module.
Must meet degree and years of experience criteria below:
Salary Range: $140-230k. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position
