Job summary

New River Systems Corporation in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the DIA CAM/RMF GRC implementation, replacing Xacta. You will configure RMF lifecycle, build CMDB, Vulnerability Response and ITSM integrations, and collaborate with the GRC Solution Architect in a classified SCIF environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ServiceNow development experience with GRC/IRM, CMDB, and ITSM integrations; DoD 8570 IAT II and ServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Automate evidence and finding creation where approved source data supports it.
• Support migration and reconciliation of the Government‑approved set of active ATO packages and POA&Ms.
• Support functional testing, UAT, cutover, stabilization and operational handoff.
• Maintain regression coverage for CAM/RMF configuration in coordination with the platform team.

Job description

Location: Chantilly, VA (Government/Contractor SCIF) 100% on-site

Clearance: Active Top Secret Required. TS/ SCI Preferred

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to build and integrate DIA’s ServiceNow CAM/RMF (GRC) implementation replacing Xacta. You will configure the out-of-the-box RMF lifecycle for the initial enclave and, in Walk, build the CMDB, Vulnerability Response and ITSM integrations that turn manual evidence collection into automated, traceable workflow.

This is hands‑on scoped‑application development on one of the most complex GRC builds in the Intelligence Community, working alongside the GRC Solution Architect and RMF/CAM Functional SME.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands‑on ServiceNow development experience, including GRC/IRM applications.
• Experience building integrations with CMDB, Vulnerability Response and ITSM.
• Familiarity with update‑set discipline, scoped application development and platform upgrade compatibility.
• Experience automating evidence/finding creation from approved source data.
• Comfortable working in a classified or SCIF development environment.

Success in this role is measured by your ability to deliver a working, tested RMF lifecycle configuration on schedule and to build integrations that hold up under audit and inspection.

Required Certifications

• DoD 8570 IAT II (e.g., Security+)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Desired Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC
• ITIL 4 Foundation

Salary Range: $140-230k. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position
