Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a ServiceNow Configuration Manager to lead platform configuration and maintenance of the CMDB. You will ensure data quality, enforce governance, and align CI relationships to the CSDM while partnering with service owners to model business and application services.

The role requires expertise with ServiceNow CMDB, CI baselines, and change management processes. A TS/SCI clearance and relevant IT certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in IT and related field.
• At least 2+ years working directly with ServiceNow CMDB.
• Experience applying CSDM to model services and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce CMDB data governance policies and CI lifecycle states.
• Monitor and improve CMDB Health metrics using ServiceNow dashboards.
• Investigate data quality defects and drive root-cause fixes.
• Align CI classes and relationships to the CSDM across domains.
• Model business and application services with service owners.
• Coordinate CI population via Discovery and approved integrations.
