Job summary

Montefiore New Rochelle is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Analyst to support enterprise CMDB governance and data integrity on the ServiceNow platform. You will validate discovery and mapping data, drive improvements, and collaborate across Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and ITSM teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of CMDB experience, CSA certification, and CIS Data Foundations, with a strong focus on data quality and operational dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in CMDB, configuration management, or IT operations.
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Service Graph Connectors.
• Strong CMDB governance, data quality controls, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and govern enterprise CMDB within ServiceNow and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate CI lifecycle activities: onboarding, updates, certification, and retirement.
• Monitor CMDB health dashboards and drive remediation for duplicates or gaps.
• Validate Discovery, Service Mapping, and data integrations; troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with Infra, Cloud, Security, Asset Management, and ITSM teams.
• Support governance initiatives, data stewardship, and compliance reporting.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for CMDB health and data quality.
• Assist in onboarding new CI classes and define CI definitions and naming conventions.
