Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a ServiceNow CMDB Admin to maintain the CMDB data model and ensure data integrity in a remote US role. The specialist will govern standards, data quality, and CI lifecycle, collaborating with infrastructure and application teams to support ITSM and asset management.

Responsibilities include audits, reconciliation, dashboards, and continuous CMDB improvements, with a focus on Service Mapping, Discovery, and CI relationships. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
• 2+ years CMDB administration including CSDM, Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent IT experience; strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB and data model.
• Govern CMDB standards, data quality, and governance processes.
• Monitor CI accuracy and compliance; support Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Maintain CI classes, relationships, and identification rules.
• Create CMDB dashboards and health reports; troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams; support ITSM and Asset Management.
• Drive continuous improvement in CMDB operations.
