Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a ServiceNow Developer focused on CMDB and Attack Surface Management integration. You will design, configure, and develop CMDB solutions, build dashboards and catalog items, and ensure data quality across CI data from multiple sources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions including CMDB or CMDB-adjacent apps.
• 3+ years ServiceNow CMDB operations with data quality and remediation responsibilities.
• 2+ years with ServiceNow Discovery and data reconciliation from multiple sources.
• 2+ years building Platform Analytics indicators, KPIs, dashboards.
• 2+ years creating Service Catalog items and workflows in ServiceNow.
• Experience translating ops/security requirements into user stories and UAT plans.
• Experience with REST/JSON APIs; GraphQL familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow CMDB solutions and dashboards.
• Build CI ownership, completeness, health trends, and Attack Surface metrics.
• Develop CMDB Workspaces and Catalog items for CMDB requests.
• Contribute to SRM and ITSM enhancements relevant to CMDB priorities.
• Monitor CMDB health and CI relationship quality; analyze data gaps.
• Validate Discovery data ingestion and resolve ingestion issues.
