Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking a Manager ServiceNow CMDB & Asset Governance to lead CMDB and IT Asset Management governance within the ServiceNow environment. The role focuses on data quality, lifecycle management, and multiple data source governance, including Intune and Entra ID integrations.

The position is based in Bridgewater, NJ, and necessitates strong API expertise, CMDB data model knowledge, and experience in regulated environments to drive automated lifecycle processes and audit readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or related field.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CST/ITOM) and ITIL v4 certification or similar service management credentials.
8–12 years of progressive IT experience, healthcare industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead stabilization and transformation of CMDB and IT Asset Management in ServiceNow.
Maintain CMDB and asset data accuracy across CI classes and asset lifecycle.
Manage MID Server, Discovery patterns, and integrations with Intune and Entra ID for data sync.
Develop and maintain REST/SCRIPTED APIs and integration flows between ServiceNow and external systems.
Produce CMDB health reports and dashboards for leadership and compliance.
