Legend Biotech US is seeking a Sr. Manager ServiceNow CMDB & Asset Governance based in Bridgewater, NJ. The role owns the CMDB/ITAM lifecycle, from discovery through governance, with strong API integration and enterprise data quality focus.

You will lead integrations with Intune and Entra ID, ensure data accuracy, and drive scalable, automated processes across the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate brings deep CMDB knowledge, ITIL expertise, and hands-on experience with CI class

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
ServiceNow certifications and ITIL v4 or similar.
8–12 years of IT experience with 3–5 years leading teams in end-user services or digital workspaces.
Experience with Intune, Entra ID, and enterprise CMDB data governance.

Responsibilities

Lead CMDB and IT Asset Management stabilization and transformation in ServiceNow.
Manage CMDB data model, identification rules, reconciliation, and health dashboards.
Oversee end-to-end CMDB lifecycle from discovery to asset governance.
Build automated sync pipelines from Intune data to CMDB hardware CIs.
Maintain integration with Intune Graph Connector and Entra ID mappings.
Produce CMDB health reports and governance analytics for audit readiness.
