Position Title: Business Process Consultant, ServiceNow Core Business Services Workflow Solutions

Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: 04/28

Expected Duration: 12+ months contract + Renewable

Job Type: FULL TIME (≥40 HRS WEEKLY), CONTRACT, REMOTE

Pay Range: $50 - $65/hr

The Role

A Business Process Consultant (BPC) specializing in ServiceNow Core Business Services Workflows is an expert in process and functions within the ServiceNow Expert Services Team. The role involves consulting with customers, guiding their transition of business requirements to ServiceNow configurations, focusing on HR, Legal, Workplace/Facility, and Finance & Supply Chain solutions to accelerate business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support HR, Legal, Workplace/Facility, and Finance/Supply Chain departments by leveraging ServiceNow best practices, emphasizing configuration over customization.
2. Lead process re-engineering, definition, and gap analysis during workshops with stakeholders.
3. Guide customers in utilizing standard ServiceNow capabilities to improve processes.
4. Conduct design workshops on ServiceNow platform and solutions.
5. Support process owners and SMEs in gathering business requirements using standard materials.
6. Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and facilitate reviews and approvals.
7. Represent customer needs throughout the engagement.
8. Assist in internal testing and support customer UAT processes.
9. Participate in project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
10. Prepare customer-facing process deliverables.
11. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
12. Support sales activities when needed.
13. Mentor team members and partners.
14. Travel up to 50% annually based on project needs.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of consulting experience in HR, Legal, Workplace/Facilities, or Finance/Supply Chain operations/technology.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and Solution-Specific certifications preferred.
• Experience influencing and consulting in complex organizations, providing strategic options.
• Proficiency in defining future processes and deploying technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR, Legal, Facilities, and Finance systems like Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc.
• Experience translating business requirements into configuration requirements using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills (Visio, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge-centered support experience.
• Ability to analyze and recommend strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
