We’re looking for a Business Process Consultant (BPC) to help design, configure, and optimize compliance workflows on the GAN Integrity platform. This remote role bridges compliance operations and technology, requiring a strong grasp of both governance frameworks and SaaS platform configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to map business processes into the GAN Integrity platform
• Configure and optimize workflows, forms, and approvals using GAN’s low-code builder
• Support user access setup, role management, and reporting requirements
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into platform logic
• Coordinate with IT for system integrations (SSO, SCIM, API connections)
• Train users, document processes, and support platform adoption
• Liaise with GAN Integrity support for advanced troubleshooting and enhancements

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or process consulting
• Hands-on experience with SaaS workflow platforms (GAN, Archer, NAVEX, etc.)
• Strong understanding of compliance domains like third-party risk, conflicts of interest, or whistleblower programs
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with basic technical concepts (APIs, SSO, integrations)
• At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IRM and TPRM implementation
• Certification is a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience with GAN Integrity platform
• Background in ethics & compliance, legal operations, or governance
• Knowledge of frameworks like FCPA, GDPR, or ISO 37001
