Job Title: ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

Employment Type: 12-month contract to hire

Location: Remote (USA-based)

Secret or Top-Secret Clearance required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant with expertise across various ServiceNow modules.

This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing processes on the ServiceNow platform to enhance clients' IT infrastructure, operations, and asset management strategies.

Secret/Top Secret clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to define, re-engineer, and improve processes, conducting gap analyses to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with business objectives and demonstrate its value.
• Develop and maintain essential documentation such as process flow diagrams, gap analysis reports, and project charters.
• Identify areas for process improvement, outlining solutions with associated benefits, risks, and trade-offs.
• Act as a functional lead during engagements, ensuring successful implementation of processes.
• Mentor team members and provide training to clients on ServiceNow best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience with ServiceNow implementations (minimum of 2 modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM etc)
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks (certification preferred).
• CSA or ITIL would be preferable
