I am currently seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts.

*Fully Remote*

The responsibilities include:

1. Working with ServiceNow Technical Architects/Developers to explain requirements and ensure development aligns with specified functional requirements (Functional Lifecycle Testing).
2. Hands-on experience in writing process documents, process flows, and Functional Requirements Specification documents.
3. Asking probing questions to understand and clarify requirements.
4. Conducting feasibility analysis of customer requirements.
5. Determining whether requirements will result in Configurations or Customizations.
6. Suggesting best practices related to Configurations or Customizations.
7. Proposing the most suitable or alternative methods to achieve required functionality.
8. Preparing detailed documentation on functional specifications and reviewing/finalizing them after review.
9. Validating/testing functionalities during or after development completion.
10. Maintaining communication with business users and key stakeholders to keep them updated on progress.
11. Leading system validation and UAT efforts with clients.
12. Communicating solutions clearly and demonstrating them effectively to customers.
