Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to support NGA initiatives in Springfield, VA. You will translate complex mission needs into scalable ServiceNow workflows, lead requirements and UAT activities, and work within ITSM/ITIL frameworks in a secure, mission-driven environment.

The role demands strong collaboration with stakeholders and engineers, with emphasis on enterprise monitoring integrations and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of business analysis experience; or
• Associate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; or
• High school with 5+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of business analysis experience, at least 3 years on ServiceNow
• Active TS/SCI clearance (or adjudication in progress)

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with NGA EMS stakeholders to capture mission requirements and translate them into ServiceNow (Service+) workflows.
• Own the full requirements lifecycle using Agile/Scrum; develop FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
• Integrate enterprise monitoring tools (AIOps, ScienceLogic) with ServiceNow and enhance dashboards and data visibility.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and developers to prioritize backlog and support releases.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing, develop test scripts, and ensure alignment with Definition of Done.
• Prepare briefings and training materials for stakeholders and support roadmap adoption.
• Identify process gaps, define KPIs, and support continuous service improvement across EMS.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
