Job summary

Electrosoft Services, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to lead ServiceNow implementations for federal clients. You will gather requirements, document business processes, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

You will design to-be workflows, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, and perform gap analyses while collaborating across IT and business stakeholders in a security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as a Business Analyst supporting ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and Service Catalog modules.
• Excellent communication skills and an active IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance.
• Cybersecurity-focused delivery to federal customers with a team-oriented culture.
