Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a senior ServiceNow Developer to architect, develop, and advance enterprise capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. You will lead AI-enabled automation, intelligent service management, and AIOps-driven modernization to support mission-critical operations.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable workflows, integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP, mentor juniors, and contribute to Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience across Full-Stack development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Agile practices.
• Three+ years of ITSM development experience.
• Ability to obtain ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) within 6 months.
• Active Top-Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI with CI Poly.
• Successfully pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development within the ServiceNow platform (client scripts, business rules, UI actions, policies, workflows, Service Portal widgets, etc).
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP and APIs.
• Create AI-enabled automation workflows supporting predictive operations and automated incident management.
• Support AIOps capabilities including event correlation and automated remediation workflows.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide estimates and solution designs for roadmaps.
