Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to define and design customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will own project outcomes, ensure documentation quality, and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.

Ideal candidates bring broad ServiceNow experience beyond ITSM, strong communication and presentation skills, and a willingness to travel up to 25% in the US. You will work in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams, contributing to digital transformation

Qualifications

• Experience modeling business processes across ServiceNow suites.
• Strong knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites beyond ITSM.
• Ability to discuss requirements for integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools.
• Certified System Administrator preferred.
• Previous development/architecture experience preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 25%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Assist with client demos, working sessions, and workshops.
• Maintain documentation and Knowledge articles.
• Contribute to projects addressing future concepts, products, and technologies.
• Serve as the single point of contact for sprint work for other BAs on the team.
• Help to direct more junior members of the team.
• Assist with managing SDLC related ceremonies.
