Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to apply extensive business process expertise and design customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will ensure development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality, owning the overall outcome of your projects.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate requirements into technical specifications, assist with client demos, maintain documentation and Knowledge articles, and contribute to future concepts and

Qualifications

• Business process experience on at least one ServiceNow suite and two process areas outside that suite.
• Strong functional knowledge on at least one ServiceNow suite.
• Ability to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools.
• Certified System Administration (preferred).
• Two years of experience in ServiceNow (minimum).
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong project and situational awareness.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter.
• Able to travel of at least 25%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
